The tension of an author being physically confronted by their own 'lazy writing' is brilliant, but it’s that final sting of existential guilt that really lingers. It leaves you looking at your own drafts wondering which of your forgotten characters is waiting in the dark for a rewrite. Absolutely stellar work.
